If sparring, please be in your complete uniform. Trim your nails. Bring a hand towel and change of clothes. Don’t forget your water and some snacks just in case the tournament takes a little longer.
If doing poomsae, please make sure you iron your uniform and fix your hair. Appearance is also a criteria.
