Our Programs

Pick the right class for your child’s age, then let our instructors do what they’ve done for 20+ years: turn kids with wobbly focus into kids who finish what they start. Every program runs on the same Kukkiwon-certified Black Belt curriculum, scaled to where your child is today.

Tiny Titans

Ages 4–6
Class Length 30 min

Our youngest students build the habits parents most want to see in a 4- to 6-year-old: focus, respect for instructions, and the ability to try something hard without giving up. Classes are 30 minutes long, which is long enough to learn and short enough for a preschooler’s attention span. The gentlest introduction to Taekwondo classes in Walnut Creek for preschoolers.

What they’ll learn:

  • Basic stances and kicks
  • Following instructions in a group setting
  • Respect for instructors and peers
  • Focus and self-control

Junior Program

Ages 6–12
Class Length 45 min

For kids between 6 and 12, this is where the journey begins in earnest. Our structured belt system teaches goal-setting, confidence, and respect: the outcomes parents care about as much as the kicks themselves. Martial arts for kids in the East Bay that rewards effort, not just attendance.

What they’ll learn:

  • Full Taekwondo curriculum with forms, sparring, and board breaking
  • Belt testing preparation and progression
  • Leadership skills and teamwork
  • Anti-bullying confidence

Adult Class

Ages 13+
Class Length 1 hour

Whether you’re starting fresh or coming back after years away, we’re Walnut Creek’s home for adult Taekwondo, with classes done at the right intensity for your body: fitness, stress relief, and real technical progression on the same belt rubric we use for every other class.

What you’ll learn:

  • Complete Taekwondo forms and sparring techniques
  • Cardiovascular fitness and flexibility
  • Stress management through physical training
  • Self-defense fundamentals
